Oakland LLC is a family run business that was founded in 2011 by Peter McClain.  Peter was born and raised in Knoxville, TN, and has been providing homes for the community since 1976.  He served on the Board of Directors of the Knoxville Home Builder's Association for over 10 years, along with the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity.
